1. Information About Us
These terms apply to all purchases made on this website. The goods are provided by CronTech, operating from UK. You can contact us at contact@crontech.uk
2. Order Acceptance & Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an automated payment acknowledgement via PayPal. A legally binding contract between us is only formed when we formally dispatch the goods to you. We reserve the right to decline an order for any valid reason prior to dispatch.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are expressed in GBP (£). If we discover a pricing error, we will notify you and offer the option to reconfirm your order at the proper price or cancel it. All payments are processed securely outside our database scope via PayPal.
4. Delivery timeframes
We aim to pack and dispatch orders swiftly. Unless otherwise specified or delayed by carrier disruptions, standard delivery within the UK will be fully completed within 30 days of the transaction contract date.
5. Right to Cancel (Distance Selling Rules)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the absolute legal right to cancel your transaction within 14 days without reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the specific day you acquire physical possession of the hardware package.
To exercise this, notify us via email. You must mail back the hardware safely no later than 14 days from communicating cancellation. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We will reimburse standard delivery costs within 14 days of receiving your returned parcel.
6. Faulty Goods & Statutory Rights
We are under a strict legal duty to supply products conforming to this contract. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and exactly as described.
• Up to 30 days: If your hardware holds an inherent manufacturing fault, you can claim an immediate refund.
• Up to 6 months: If the unit cannot be repaired or replaced, you are entitled to a full refund in most standard circumstances.
7. Product Safety & Limitation of Liability
The MoonLight smart lamp operates on active electrical current and must be utilized safely in dry indoor conditions. Do not alter or open safe enclosures.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our legal liability for death or personal injury caused directly by our verified negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation. For basic collateral issues, our liability remains capped strictly at the purchase threshold of the product.
8. Data Protection & UK GDPR
We handle customer databases in absolute alignment with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Your identifiers (name, delivery coordinates, mail contacts) are used only to fulfill distribution logs, complete checkout queries, or support accounting paperwork.
